As of right now the venue is still open, but word is the owners are closing it down within the next few months. The word has it that they are going to push their customers to the remodeled Cover Girls Club, which is up the road on 290.

Jan 19, 2015 My Fox HoustonSome exotic dancers can make hundreds even thousands of dollars in a night. That is not a payment of wage that comes from the club itself, says attorney Galvin Kennedy. And in some cases Kennedy says the dancers must pay the club a fee and share their tips with club employees like managers and disc jockeys. By not paying the dancers one single cent the owners of Gold Cup, Treasures, Cover Girls and Centerfolds are violating the Fair Labor Standards Act according to a lawsuit filed against the clubs. That lawsuit claims these clubs should be paying dancers at least minimum wage in addition to the tips they receive and overtime for working more than 40 hours a week.

Review: The managers here are better than the ones at Treasures. Treasures is third-world at this point and barely has any hot women left. The managers here, at least, don't allow ghetto music to be played, don't cater to the ghetto crowd, and don't hire the kinds of women Treasures does.
If someone opens up a club near Treasures and knows what they're doing, they'll put it out of business or close to it.
Pros: Music, layout, no ghetto djs and employees like Treasures
Cons: Women aren't as hot as other clubs
