Gentlemen gladly answered our questions, but phone got disconnected towards the end of the call. Not sure if this was on purpose, or just a mistake. It could have been on our end, so give it little merit. Unlike most of the clubs in town they actually have a website. Its not the best site, but it at least gives you some basic information about the club.

After being denied renewals for its mixed beverage permits and blocked in April from a rehearing, The Penthouse Club filed suit against the agency this week in Harris County civil district court. The complaint alleges that the TABC has no independent or legally sufficient evidence against Penthouse but has relied on false allegations from the city of Houston, the Houston Police Department and neighboring Briargrove homeowners.
